Mike McClure and Michelle Coon were promoted to Executive Vice Presidents in 2014. We did not publish an announcement at that time, but wish to recognize their significant contributions in 2014 as we continued to build and enhance our infrastructure.
 
Mike continues in his role as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mike has responsibility for all accounting and finance functions, logistics and fleet management, and technology. Mike is also responsible for strategic relationships with our financial partners and auditors. Mike reports directly to Phil Chambers.
 
Michelle continues in her role as Chief Legal and Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary. Michelle has responsibility for administration of our insurance and benefits programs, HR, overall corporate risk management and legal review and corporate facilities management. Michelle reports directly to Phil Chambers
 
Lou Nekola was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Utility Services at the beginning of November reporting to Phil Chambers. In this capacity, Lou is responsible for working with Operational Leadership in both Townsend Tree Service and NG Gilbert to develop and implement process improvement and structural efficiency across our utility services operating entities. Lou continues to be responsible for the bid review process.

Dave Trittipo has been promoted to Vice President of Finance reporting to J. Michael McClure. Dave will continue to have responsibility for all accounting functions including payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and operating unit financial reviews in addition to being responsible for internal and external financial reporting. Dave has also been appointed as a member of the Townsend Corporation Executive Committee.
 
Amy Townsend has been promoted to Vice President with ongoing responsibility for Employee Development, Emergency Storm Response and Bid coordination working with Beth Henry. Amy will report directly to Phil Chambers.
